Product liability insurance

Insurance policy which covers up to the liability limit, the expenses incurred by a manufacturer or retailer of products in relation to material or personal damages suffered by the consumers as a result of any defect of the product insured under this policy, subject to the insured’s or consumer’s observance of the conditions defining the use and storage of the product.
