Employer’s Liability Insurance

Insurance policy which will indemnify the insured /institution, sole trader or company which employees individuals/ for the sums that the insured becomes liable to pay under an effective court decision or out-of-court settlement approved by the insurer, as a compensation for damages caused by a labour accident which has resulted in a temporary or permanent disablement or death.
