Public liability insurance for use of firearms

This insurance will indemnify the insured /individual or legal entity/ for all sums, within the agreed limits of liability, which the Insured becomes liable to pay under a court decision or settlement of claims for property and personal damages to third parties suffered as a result of the use of firearms by the Insured or its employees.
